SHOULDERS

A secret weapon

We will spend time each session working on this frequently ignored body part. Your shoulders are the most dislocated and injured area of the body.  Through flexibility enhancement we will help reduce pain and impingements.


We all want good looking and strong biceps and triceps, but without strong shoulders, your strength will not be fully realized. 

CORE

Your Foundation

We hear so much about core strength and for good reason. Your core is so much more than six-pack abs (not that we're complaining about those), it's the foundation of your body's balance. The stronger your core, the better your workouts are, the greater sense of balance you'll have, and the more stability you'll possess.

GLUTES

Your body's powerhouse

America is "gluteally' challenged. Instead of seeing a muscle, we see an object to behold, shame, or ignore. We need to change our mindset and see it for what it is, a powerhouse for movement and posture.

The more you properly use your glutes the better your posture, your performance, and lower body health. Your poor overstrained knees will thank you!
