Get your dink on

The best thing about pickleball is, well, everything is great about pickleball! I am so happy to be able to offer coaching in this sport. It's a fast-paced, racquet sport, created for all ages and skill levels that can move into an ultra-competitive activity the more you advance.

As an approved pickleball instructor from the International Pickleball Teaching Association, I am happy to offer clinics, private lessons, cardio pickleball, and a calisthenics bootcamp.

There's a reason that group races and obstacle courses have gained so much popularity, they are fun and rewarding. If you have a group that's ready to train, we can develop a specific routine to get your team ready for the event. If you want to join an existing group, get in touch and we'll let you know when the next race we're training for is.

Boxing is an incredible workout. Not only does it help you burn fat and tone muscles, it improves overall strength, power, endurance, balance, coordination, reflexes, speed, improves sleep, increases self confidence, and teaches self defense. I hold a certification in Bootcamp and Kick Boxing Class.
